wikis are great. We have a wiki page for our library. We have events listed as well as a "new" section which list the new books in the library. It just has a lot of good info for our patrons. They can also comment on books. http://www.ci.harker-heights.tx.us/hhplwiki/index.php?title=Main_Page

I think that this is a great tool for research assistance and for accessing your bookmarks from anywhere. I have a couple of friends that use del.icio.us and they love it. But, they also live on the internet. I do not so, if i were to ever use del.icio.us, it would be for research assistance only.

Solitaire is an oldie but goodie. I use solitaire in my computer class to teach mouse movement.

I already have a myspace and a facebook accout and do not wish to create a new one. Would also like to keep it private so I will be skipping this exercise. I hope it doesn't hurt my chances for 23 things to be completed.

i think this is a great thing for us to learn. it will give us a better understanding of all the "in" things going on at this time and will give us the knowledge to better help our patrons.
